We the People of the United States

American, by Definition

Much has been written, said and debated about the United States Constitution. The first sentence of the Constitution reads: “We the People of the United States’. Now to simply ask, how does that translate? By virtue of the whole document and the objective, the translation IS those individuals that WANT to be a part of the United States.

The Guantanamo detainees clearly do not WANT to be part of the United States and for that matter neither did Major Hasan. Clearly then, they should have ‘no part’ of any protections under the United States Constitution. Illegal immigrants also fall under the same concept as illegal immigrants maintain no allegiance or loyalty to the United States, as they chose not to follow or obey the laws and procedures of our country.

The very conclusion that those outsiders are granted safeguards and shields under the Constitution is unthinkable. How many others remain inside our borders or geographical jurisdiction that are seeking and using our own laws in the spirit that these laws were invoked against that very spirit?

KSM and his band of brothers as well as all others outside that scope have defined our political correctness and weaknesses in their benefit to promote iniquity and wicked sins against humanity. The sitting president of the United States and the associated administration and doctrine are encouraging as well as promoting these wicked sins all in as it seems to dilute the very spirit and goodwill of the U.S. Constitution. The U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder is forcing the matter of applying the provisions of the Constitution to those that are and demand to remain outside the scope of ‘We the People of the United States’ by translation, definition, loyalty, culture and criminal behavior.

To all those that WANT to be and ARE part of ‘We the People of the United States’ need to stand stern and fight take issue and battle to preserve and defend the spirit and soul of our beloved Constitution.
